**Job Details**

The **Invoicing Administrator** plays a key role in HVE’s overall success by being a key member of our Finance Team. The role involves creating invoices for our clients, ensuring that all the invoices are accurate and timely, and resolve all billing errors.

**Essential Job Duties/Tasks**:

- Preparing invoices from edited reports
- Preparing invoices from generated reports
- Submitting completed invoices through to HCAI on a daily basis
- Analyze any errors generated from submission to HCAI and correct errors
- Adding invoice costs to eClaims and auditing pending costs
- Communicate with Customers on invoicing inquiries
- Generating weekly reports
- Complete Customer Annual Audits
- Investigate all Vendor SSP Invoices and create time logs
- Completing Form 1s on a daily basis
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information used during worktime and upholding HVE’s values through the use of ethical financial standards and best practices
- Other duties as assigned

**Non-Essential Job Duties/ Tasks**
- Maintaining financial files, records and historical data
- Scanning and uploading of required documents
- Filing and organizing records
- Perform other administrative duties as required

**Experience/Education Requirements**:

- Post-secondary Diploma in finance or accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in accounting or finance role
- Experience in Smart Simple Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Superior communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with external customers and internal team members
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to look at multiple documents at once and notice discrepancies
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once

**Reports to**:Team Lead Finance and/or Senior Finance Manager

**Salary **:$ 36,000.00 to $38,000.00 Annually

**Hours**: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Flexible work hours required as determined by Manager)
