**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the windows and doors industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, accounts payable and providing support to our team members. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential as you interact with clients, suppliers, and employees daily.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Review and verify invoices and PO's when necessary.
- Sort and match invoices with PO related receipts to Quickbooks.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents, contracts, and budgets
- Track and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Carry out other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with an emphasis on Accounting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Calendar,
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of windows and doors industry processes and procedures is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
