Office Administration

**Duties**:

- Maintain and update office records, including patient files and billing information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Greet and assist patients or clients who visit the office.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office cleanliness.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in dispatching is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document creation and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
