All new members must do Basic Military Training in the first summer after enrollment. They will do their Trade Specific Course over the second summer after enrollment. **After Human Resources Administrators have completed the 4 week long Military Basic Training course over the first summer after enrollment, they will then need to complete a two-month, full-time, in residence course in Borden Ontario in order to become fully qualified in their trade.**
