**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to both internal and external HR inquiries and requests, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Maintain accurate digital and electronic records of employee information, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and HR protocols.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, fostering a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding packages using DocuSign and related software, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Support performance management procedures, including documentation and tracking, to promote employee growth and development.
- Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the HR team.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and seminars, contributing to the professional development of employees across the organization.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, staff audits, and related reports providing valuable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Complete job-change paperwork accurately and efficiently, including raises, promotions, terminations, and other related tasks.
- Participate in Occupational Health and Safety activities, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Provide support to the administrative and leadership teams by assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a junior Human Resources role, demonstrating practical knowledge and understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Canadian HR legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Ability to work from our Vancouver, BC office, collaborating effectively with the HR team and other departments.
- High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in managing HR data and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and prioritization of tasks.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and general technology/software, facilitating the use of digital tools and platforms in HR operations.
