Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires strong clerical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer support
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Update and maintain office records and databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficient in using office phone systems and computerized systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Salary**: $16.95-$25.00 per hour
