**Title: HSE Administrator**

**Location: Nisku (North)**

**Position Overview**
We have an immediate opening for a HSE Administrator based out of our Nisku Location. Acting as an integral member of the HSE team, you are a self-motivated energetic individual with a process driven mind looking to learn and expand on your previous experience. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the role of the HSE Administrator will be to elevate and provide support to health, safety, and environmental programs within the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Data entry and maintenance of HSE databases (BIStrainer, SDSBINDERS, etc.).
- Assist with maintenance of contractor and supplier management solutions sites such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Complyworks, Ariba, etc.
- Administration of fleet management software (Geotab and Raven).
- Actively participate in JHSC committee meetings and activities.
- Maintain documentation and prepare HSE reports, presentations, and communications.
- Assist in internal and external audit process and maintenance of COR certifications.
- Plan and organize safety engagement initiatives.
- Complies with Force Inspection’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- One (1) year of experience in safety administration required.
- Solid computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Fleet Management experience is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with other departments and managers and work as a team.
