**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Branch Administrator will generate high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and supporting the integration of strategic plans with the direction of the Petroleum Storage Systems Manager. The Branch Administrator will liaise between the Petroleum Storage Systems Manager and head office in the areas of A/R, A/P, and IT to ensure a seamless flow of all data, payables, fiscal project management and / or reporting as required. The Branch Administrator will support the Petroleum Storage Systems Manager and office staff in daily functions, customer support, and additional administrative functions as directed.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Create work orders for all tanks division capital expenditures
- Provide finance with asset information and documentation
- Liaison to finance for branch WIP and close off capital expenditures as directed
- Create and track POs for branch capital projects and daily activities
- Input shop floor data into ERP system from daily work orders
- Input field service work orders into ERP system as required
- Ensure inventory has been relieved from stock and allocated to branch assets as required
- Track and monitor capital spend
- Track and report all weekly branch spend and fiscal reporting
- Track all branch assets by Customer/location and cost
- Assist in preparation of reports on tank profitability by asset and customer and provide to Petroleum Storage Systems Manager / Sales manager monthly
- Provide Petroleum Storage Systems Manager, finance department with monthly revenue reporting
- Provide AFD customers with invoicing for parts, tank sales and related branch direct sales
- Prepare month end billing reports and adjustments
- Prepare rental agreements/RPO’s and participate in asset job costing
- Liaison with finance department as required on projects within tank division
- Maintain customer records as it relates to COI’s, rental agreements, and site-specific billing requirements.
- Maintain high degree of accuracy in AP/AR and capitol spend
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation weekly
- Assist CSR as required
- Assist in Branch HSE activities and policy development
- Assist in all office related tasks as required

**OTHER KEY SKILLS (or product knowledge)**
- Experience working with major fuel providers considered an asset
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- High degree of time management
- Strong Understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

**EXPEREINCE**:
3+ years of direct work experience in an administrative position/Junior accountant/Manufacturing environment

**EDUCATION**:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or Business Administration considered an asset

High School Diploma or GED required

**POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime and after hours’ work may be required.
