Nisku, Canada Umbrella Welding & Mechanical Full time

Hiring, Construction administrator in Edmonton. Part time to start 20 hours a week.
- Provides accurate and timely daily/weekly reports.
- Collects and reviews employee timesheets daily ensuring all fields are completed correctly.
- Completes daily LEM’s ensuring accuracy and accounts for all current charges.
- Informs the Project Manager/Superintendent of any discrepancies found upon daily review of employee timesheets.
- Accurately enters data from employee timesheets.
- Monitors and enters material chargebacks into the database from invoices, gate and keeper of the purchase order log.
- Compiles LEM Reports produced from entries into the database for signed approval from the Superintendent and designated client representative.
- Reviews on a timely basis with Operations Office - any work activities transpiring on site affecting invoicing/billing (ex. changes to client work codes, labour and equipment rates, equipment movement, new subcontractors onsite.
- Provides administrative assistance with regards to employee forms, documents, and benefits.
- Assists travel team with travel arrangements for personnel when required.
- Manages and distributes master rotation schedule.
- In Office work, located in Nisku, AB
- Rate of pay TBD based on experience level and qualifications.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working as an administrator in a medium scale industrial or construction setting required.
- Expert Level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Above average computer skills with other MS office suit programs.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrates strong planning and prioritization management skills.
- Be proficient in English, both verbally and written.
- Resides in Edmonton
- Have experience as requested in the job description above.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $24.00-$31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nisku, AB T9E 8B6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
