**About the Position**:
RWDI is looking for a **Regional Sales Coordinator **in our **Vancouver, Victoria or Calgary** office. This role focuses on supporting our seller-doers (Project Managers) to maintain, monitor and enhance RWDI client relationships in an assigned geographic region. RSCs assist Project Managers to grow and diversify RWDI business within a geographic region. The RSC follows global company sales processes to expand client relationships and convert leads to opportunities for Project Managers in the region.

The role includes but is not limited to the following within the assigned region:

- Regional **Sales Budget Execution**
- In collaboration with Project Delivery Managers organize and allocate approved budget $ to activities within the region to enhance client engagement and grow RWDI business.
- Activities may include desktop client engagement, conferences, sales/marketing trips for Project Managers.
- Monitor and reconcile the regional sales support budget so that all planned activities can take place within the fiscal year.
- Activities to **Enhance Client Engagement**
- Desktop Client Engagement - Scheduling appointments- Sales/Marketing Trips and Virtual Meetings for Project Managers in the Region
- Schedule and coordinate Sales/Marketing Trips and Virtual Meetings for Project Managers
- Enter all notes and follow-up activities into CRM
- Lunch and Learns
- In collaboration with Project Delivery Managers, coordinate Lunch and Learns
- Plan for RWDI participation (budget $) and execute RWDI participation
- Coordinate post-Lunch and Learn follow-up
- Track all Lunch and Learn information, notes, and follow-up in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Regional Events: Office openings, Client Appreciation, Education Days
- Co-ordinate approved Regional Events: Promotion, On-site support, Follow up
- Client Maintenance
- Monitor proposal activity by client and key relationships within the region to identify clients that might be at risk (ie. declining business, competitor engagement, etc.)
- Monitor ROI at the client level. Look at the cost of acquiring and maintaining key client relationships
- Ensure RWDI has consistent touch points with clients

**3. Procurement Pursuits** for:

- Qualified request for proposals (RFPs)
- Multi-Team Bidding Opportunities for RWDI to participate
- Update CRM with data on a) and b)
- Exceptional organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM using customer journeys, setting up regional sales campaigns, measuring ROI of events and customer engagement. Similar experience using other CRM platforms will be considered.
