**Role Description**
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, encompassing salary structures, performance-based incentives, and employee wellness initiatives; guarantee adherence to all employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Fosters employee engagement through the creation of inventive programs across various platforms, encompassing organizational analysis and change initiatives, career development planning, management training, mentoring programs, and more.
- Contribute to the creation of high-performance frameworks, actively driving strategies for teams and individuals to unlock their potential, thrive, and pursue excellence.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and management.
- Experience creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the construction industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
