**Job description**

Division 2 Contracting is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Administrator. Division 2 Contracting is a growing commercial demoliiton and hazmat abatement company, with projects throughout Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island. Division 2 Environmental is COR certified, with a focus on health and safety.

As a Human Resources Administrator you will:

- Assist with the HR functions including: Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, time management, and organizational development.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Assist with the HR process and policies.
- Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain the Human Resources database.
- Assist with the payroll process.
- Process new hire paperwork.
- Assist with time management for all departments.
- Maintain employee training records
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required Experience & Abilities:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written in English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and managers.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a team member and assist in various departments of the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
