In the position of IT Help Desk Administrator reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for assisting our dealerships with technical support.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Monitoring of network connectivity and equipment, including servers, workstations, printers, security systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP phones, smartphones, and associated peripherals for the Cam Clark Motor Corp
- Traveling to our other locations for on-site hardware installation, repair, and support. A valid driver’s license and passport may be required.
- Determining the best course of action for repair or replacement of malfunctioning/end-of-life equipment.
- Administrating core network services including Active Directory, Office 365, DMS (PBS, DealerTrack), and VoIP systems (Avaya, 3CX, Cisco).
- Updating technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Tests and evaluates products and services as potential solutions/incremental improvements, including participation in product trials and beta tests.
- Marinating and improving written policies, procedures, technical documentation, and training aids.
- Reporting to the Cam Clark Motor Corp Information Technology Director and Help Desk Manager.
- Other duties as required.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- A Minimum of two years of IT support experience and similar responsibilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience as an IT Help Desk Support or related experience.
- A+ required, Network+ considered an asset.
- A basic understanding of: Windows Server and Active Directory user management, Office 365 management, Networking concepts, and Installing / Troubleshooting print devices
- Knowledge of Avaya and 3CX is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of PBS or Dealertrack DMS software is considered an asset.
- The ability to work independently as well as remotely within a team.
