Reporting to the Director, IT, the IT Help Desk Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting with software and hardware installations, and maintaining the overall functionality of our technology systems.
**What You Will Do**:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical support requests in a ticketing system
- Stay current on latest technologies and industry trends
**Education, Skills and Experience**:
Your education and experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ are a plus
