Job Description:

As a Concreting Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and performing various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or areas
  • Provide information to clients and the public in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process and maintain accurate records and documents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
