*Job Summary* We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate front desk activities - Manage office budgets and expenses - Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records - Maintain and organize files, documents, and records - Perform general administrative duties to support the team - Manage vendor relationships and office supplies inventory *Skills* - Proficiency in administrative tasks - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Experience with office management software and phone systems - Knowledge of clerical procedures and file management - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in vendor management is a plus If you are a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining an efficient office environment, we would love to have you on our team as an Office Administrator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
