**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented **Lease Finance Coordinator** to join our team in **Coquitlam, BC. **This will be a hybrid position from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As the Lease Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing all incoming lease orders and quotes for your region. You will work directly with the Sales team and Lenders to provide financing options to our customers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Lease Finance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing orders and quotes for accuracy
- Maintaining an updated portfolio report on external FMV leases
- Managing a report showing all active and funded leases by third party lenders
- Using a CRM to monitor and actively manage external leases and order progress
- Offering exceptional customer service to customers
- Adhering to a standard of professional ethics
- Serving as a liaison between the lease department and other departments in the business
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with equipment vendors and lending institutions
- Obtaining approvals, distributing documents to internal team members, and facilitating funding with third party lenders
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or Finance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics; CRM experience is an asset
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- A self-starter who is willing to learn and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Adaptability and resiliency when facing challenges
- Clear and professional communication skills and presentation skills
