**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform regular inspections of the property to identify issues, ensure cleanliness, safety, compliance with property standards, and address maintenance issues.
- Maintain a positive relationship with all tenants through regular interaction and engagement.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager and Leasing Manager to coordinate tenant relations, maintenance activities, leasing operations, move in’s and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact in the event of emergencies, including after-hours incidents or building maintenance issues.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, always ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Meet with contractors/trades on site to provide access where necessary.
- Monitor contractors and trades conducting on-site work, including maintenance contracts, to ensure timely completion of services in accordance with service agreements.
- Manage janitorial staff and oversee periodic cleaning requirements.
- Maintain accurate resident records, including maintenance requests and incident reports.
- Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating elevator bookings to facilitate a smooth transition process.
- Organize and oversee community events, social activities, and initiatives to promote resident interaction and satisfaction.
- Ensure vacant suites are maintained in a clean and presentable condition and be prepared to conduct showings as required.
- Work with the Property Manager in designing tenant engagement surveys to gauge tenant sanitisation and participate in providing recommendations on areas of improvement.
- Other duties as assigned. Be a strong team player and support all aspects relating to management of the building regardless of defined roles.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management, property management, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws including the RTA (Residential Tenancy Act).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to reside on-site and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Yardi Maintenance IQ experience considered an asset.
