Office Coordinator

**Duties include but not limited to**:
- Greeting visitors
- Handling incoming mail and inter-office correspondence
- Entering data, including entry-level accounting tasks
- Assisting with on-boarding of clients
- Helping other team members as needed
- Working on ad-hoc projects
- Providing vacation relief
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administration and customer service in a service-based environment is a strong asset
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills as the service recipients are a dynamic group of individuals, including customers, professional managers and legal professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
