Introduction

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and HR Coordinator will be instrumental in managing incoming business requests, providing timely support, or redirecting them to the appropriate Learning Advisor. Additionally, they will serve as the central HR resource, producing and updating essential HR data reports, such as resourcing, attrition, and employee data summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Timely manage the L&D inbox to identify and process business requests for training using the internal system
  • Support Learning Help Desk tasks by submitting worker certificates to the learning management system
  • Respond to general email inquiries regarding course availability, registrations, completions, and access to the CLMS
  • Partner with Learning Advisors to close open course offerings within 1-3 days of delivery
  • Support the creation and assignment of training to secondary roles in the CLMS
  • Process Non-Disclosure Agreements during onboarding
  • Reconcile secondment agreements
  • Conduct monthly quality checks on profile assignments
  • Provide new joiners with access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Approve WorkDay Learning requests for activities part of Job Competence Profiles
  • Reconcile monthly charges against WorkDay Learning approvals
  • Process 3rd party registrations and payments for career development
  • Reconcile L&D credit card expenses
  • Visually manage Learning data and trends related to Block milestones
  • Produce and update HR data reports, including resourcing, attrition, and employee data summaries
  • Facilitate training sessions when required

Requirements

  • Certificate in Adult Education or HR is nice to have
  • 3 to 4 years in a customer relations role
  • 2 to 3 years of data management and reporting
  • Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a timely manner
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Willingness to learn Power BI
