About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning HR Coordinator to join our team at First Tek, Inc. as a Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team, driving innovation and excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake and demand management process for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring timely and effective support to the business.
  • Act as a central HR resource, providing data-driven insights and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Learning Advisors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs, including course registration, certificate management, and data tracking.
  • Support the creation and assignment of training to secondary roles, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process Non-Disclosure Agreements, secondement agreements, and reconcile monthly Shell charges against WorkDay Learning approvals.
  • Reconcile L&D Credit Card expenses and facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Produce and update HR Data reports, including resourcing, attrition, and employee data summaries.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Adult Education or HR is an asset.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer relations role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data management and reporting.
  • Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and in a timely manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to learn Power BI.
