Position Overview: The Admin/Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment and consulting operations. The successful candidate will assist with filing, pre-screening candidates, candidate sourcing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

  2. Candidate Pre-Screening:

  3. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  4. Data Entry:

    • Accurately enter and manage data in our CRM and other systems.
    • Ensure all candidate and client information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  5. Additional Duties:

    • Provide support with special projects and events as needed.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
