Our dedicated sales team, strong customer service orientation, extensive product knowledge, and professional work environment make us a leader in the industry.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Following up on inbound leads to source new sales opportunities
  • Working with Client Managers to understand current promotions and special offers, and informing customers of relevant product updates
  • Managing CRM records and lead interactions with customers

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable attention to detail
  • Understanding of the importance of fast and accurate responses
  • Outstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and ability to deal with multiple levels within organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset)
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services
  • Ability to stay informed about brands and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based software and communication tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM an asset
