**Inside Sales Representative**

Our specialty products, from smoked Salmon candy to the iconic Uni Pasta Sauce, are just the beginning of what we do.

As our inside sales rep, you’ll play a vital role in a team that values sustainability, quality, and creativity. **Position details**:

- This is a part time salary/contractor position of 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Applicant should have a valid GST#
- After 3 months, Extended dental, medical and vision benefits
- Salary $25,000/year plus commissions & incentives
- Minimum 2 years of outside/inside sales position experience
- On site days come with the expectations that you will be on site for 5hrs

**How your first 3 months will be built**:

- **Week 1 & 2**: Fully onsite for onboarding, product knowledge training
- **Week 3 - 6**: 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
- **Week 7 and beyond**: 2 days in office, 3 days working from home
- **Tuesday and Thursday**:are in office days

This will continually be a hybrid role onsite at our Richmond (Mitchell Island) office

*Potential to migrate into an outside sales position

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert warm inbound leads into 1st time customers
- Manage leads and sales process within our CRM system
- Coordinate with marketing to deploy regular newsletters to our different segments
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Provide product knowledge and availability to every customer
- Manage customer satisfaction & co-fulfillment of orders
- Developing strategies to increase sales & conversion rates

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong sales background
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Google Business Suite competency
- Familiarity with CRM’s and how they integrate with the sales process

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
