Insurance Account Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Account Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting and assisting clients to service and sell Home and Auto insurance products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients by applying changes, cancellations, and updates to their contracts.
  • Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance products.
  • Seize all sales opportunities and solicit product offers.
  • Work with the agent to meet office sales goals.
  • Develop leads via the telephone and in person.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College diploma.
  • Sales experience of 1-3 years in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing sales.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present to clients over the phone and in person.
  • Must have OTL or RIBO License and be able to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire.
