**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of the sales team, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Provide customers with valuable technical and commercial insights to guide their purchasing decisions.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure they return again and again.
**Sales Support**:
- Process and manage customer orders with precision, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep the sales team in the loop by preparing and updating detailed reports.
- Execute exciting marketing strategies to boost sales and engage customers.
- Collaborate with your sales colleagues to ensure that sales targets and service objectives are exceeded.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Dive into the action Help our warehouse team by picking, verifying, and packing orders for smooth and timely shipping.
- Take charge of shipping documents like waybills and manifests, ensuring every package leaves our facility with all its ducks in a row.
- Lend a hand with incoming shipments, assisting with unloading and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in routine and special inventory counts to keep our stock in top shape.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Education**: A diploma in business or equivalent hands-on experience - DCS / DEC preferred
- **Experience**: 2+ years in sales preferred
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, pivot quickly, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- A relationship-builder who’s eager to provide excellent service and develop strong customer connections.
- A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Windows software is essential, and experience with CRM systems is a big plus.
- Bonus points if you’re bilingual (especially French).
