Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase dealer purchase behavior within assigned regions on all OPENLANE platforms
  • Grow buyer penetration and loyalty on all OPENLANE platforms
  • Maintain 100% compliance rate on Salesforce utilization for assigned accounts
  • Re-engage or reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE
  • Handle and close all at-auction if-bids for OPENLANE
  • Drive dealer sales growth through strategic and innovative ideas
  • Utilize OPENLANE technology to gain market share and grow assigned book of business
  • Generate revenue through sale of at-auction ancillary services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and telephone conversation skills
  • General knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to persevere and remain positive in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
