Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase dealer purchase behavior within assigned regions on all OPENLANE platforms
- Grow buyer penetration and loyalty on all OPENLANE platforms
- Maintain 100% compliance rate on Salesforce utilization for assigned accounts
- Re-engage or reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE
- Handle and close all at-auction if-bids for OPENLANE
- Drive dealer sales growth through strategic and innovative ideas
- Utilize OPENLANE technology to gain market share and grow assigned book of business
- Generate revenue through sale of at-auction ancillary services
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication and telephone conversation skills
- General knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to persevere and remain positive in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
