ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator with a superior work ethic for our Moncton office. If you're organized, reliable and eager to learn, this may be the job for you. We need a highly dependable self-starter with the initiative to find answers on their own. There is on the job training provided and lots of opportunity for continued learning and growth. The main responsibilities include customer invoicing and time entry for our Service division, as well as general duties which are shared by the administration team.

Summary of Duties:

  • Daily time entry and expense submission for our service technicians
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable inquiries
  • Issue Purchase orders and assist with purchase order resolution requests
  • Support field staff with general inquiries
  • Prepare customer reports as required
  • Cross train with other Administrative employees to provide occasional coverage

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in an administration role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge/experience in accounts payables/receivables would be considered an asset
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
