Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist with Vitalité Health Network, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to a service or program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a team or department, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and projects.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Diploma of Secondary Education or General Education (D.E.G.), plus a program or course in administrative support of more than six months and up to one year or equivalent.
- One year of previous experience is required.
- Knowledge of collective agreements in force is an asset.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of other commonly used software within the network (Kronos, Boulevard, and iTacit).
- Initiative and willingness to deepen knowledge.
- Ability to write a variety of documents and perform follow-ups.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks.
- Good work record (productivity and attendance).
- Adherence to professional ethics, the management philosophy of the Network, and organizational values.
- Respect for the confidentiality rules of the Vitalité Health Network.
