Administrative Services Overview

Qualifications: Completion of secondary education is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a relevant role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and refine existing administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set work priorities, guarantee adherence to established procedures, and achieve deadlines.
  • Manage policies and procedures regarding the release of records.
  • Organize and coordinate office services effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and maintain inventory levels.
  • Provide training to staff and supervise office administrative functions.
  • Address conflicts and oversee system monitoring.
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
Team Leadership:

Responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals.

Safety and Security:

Must undergo a criminal record check.

Work Environment:

Ability to operate independently and manage pressure effectively.
