We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to enhance our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and implementing new office procedures
  • Delegating responsibilities to support staff
  • Setting work priorities to ensure compliance with established procedures and timelines
  • Managing various administrative functions within the organization
  • Overseeing policies related to information release and privacy regulations
  • Coordinating office services such as logistics, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assisting in the formulation of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial oversight
  • Gathering data and generating regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Conducting data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Providing training and support to team members
  • Supervising and streamlining office administrative processes
  • Addressing and resolving conflicts as they arise
  • Monitoring the commissioning of systems and components
  • Evaluating and enhancing operational processes
  • Planning and managing budgetary allocations and expenditures

Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 individuals.

Security and Safety: A criminal record check is mandatory.

Work Conditions: Must be able to work independently and thrive under pressure.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Language of Work: English.

Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
