We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to enhance our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and implementing new office procedures
- Delegating responsibilities to support staff
- Setting work priorities to ensure compliance with established procedures and timelines
- Managing various administrative functions within the organization
- Overseeing policies related to information release and privacy regulations
- Coordinating office services such as logistics, supplies, and maintenance
- Assisting in the formulation of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial oversight
- Gathering data and generating regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Conducting data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Providing training and support to team members
- Supervising and streamlining office administrative processes
- Addressing and resolving conflicts as they arise
- Monitoring the commissioning of systems and components
- Evaluating and enhancing operational processes
- Planning and managing budgetary allocations and expenditures
Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 individuals.
Security and Safety: A criminal record check is mandatory.
Work Conditions: Must be able to work independently and thrive under pressure.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Language of Work: English.
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
