KENT is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales to join our team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Director and the Sales Management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Pro Sales team. The opportunity would be on a 12-month contract.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively manage schedules and calendars
  2. Manage phones and messages to the Director
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements for the team as required
  4. Coordinate and oversee team meetings, training and events
  5. Manage expense reporting in a timely manner and monthly credit card statements
  6. Record and document management including preparing and managing purchase orders/invoices
  7. Assist with key report and presentation development
  8. Ensure all PRO customer data is up-to-date
  9. Manage the day-to-day administration in office
  10. Other duties or functions as required

Qualifications:
  1. Completion of post-secondary education would be considered an asset
  2. High level of competencies in Microsoft Office suite of products, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Sharepoint, etc.
  3. Previous experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI would be considered an asset
  4. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant in a professional office environment
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
  6. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and energetic approach
  8. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  9. Proven team player who is willing to regularly learn new programs and processes, while adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
  10. Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset
