You will contribute by:
- Configure Endpoint Management platforms to suit the needs of the business (MECM/Intune)
- Manage Windows endpoints using modern management tools such as Azure AD and Windows Autopilot
- Centrally manage corporate mobile endpoints (iPhone, iPad, Samsung Mobile Phone)
- Support Telephony systems with troubleshooting and MACD
- Implements, operates, and maintains software distribution and upgrades to the various endpoints
- Lead or participate in projects to implement or enhance client endpoints and related systems
- Work with vendors to support Lab Equipment by designing processes and support models
- Develop & Deliver training for client endpoint solutions to all internal stakeholders
- Continuously create, review, and manage our internal documentation to ensure accuracy for our support teams and product handoff
- Provide insightful projections and recommendations for client performance, security, and stability
- Implement, document, and recommend configuration standards and train IT department staff on proper use of the firm's mobile device management system according to established policies & procedures
Qualifications and Competencies you will bring:
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience as part of Information Technology teams or related education
- Excellent knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong Experience in Android, iOS and Windows Device Enterprise Management.
- Strong Experience in iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of relevant Endpoint management experience in an Enterprise PC environment
- 3+ years of experience with Windows, iOS and Android mobile device operating systems
- 2+ years of experience with deploying iOS Supervised controls and Apple Business Manager
- Experience in Microsoft365 environment.
- Experience supporting VOIP systems
Social Process Skills
- Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
- Process oriented with a focus on continuous improvements
- Ability to work through tickets on a platform like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
- Good problemsolving skills, seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Influencing ability to impact decisions within and outside functional area within the context and prescribed limits established by the immediate manager

Additional Information:
- Might require travel to other cities
- Working on multiple projects and ability to prioritize
- Should be able to lift at least 20 pounds to be able to lift and carry equipment to different sites and locations
