Job Title: End User & Lab Technologies Analyst
The End User & Lab Technologies Analyst at Dynacare is integral to the management and acquisition of end user devices across the organization. This role encompasses overseeing the entire lifecycle of devices, from selection through to retirement, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all devices align with organizational standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and define device requirements and specifications in partnership with stakeholders
- Assess and select suitable devices and vendors based on organizational needs and established standards
- Engage in negotiations regarding pricing and contracts with vendors
- Oversee the procurement process and manage vendor relationships
- Implement and configure devices, ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Formulate and enforce device management policies and procedures
- Maintain comprehensive records of all devices and monitor their lifecycles
- Evaluate device performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support
- Collaborate with vendors to remain updated on emerging technologies
- Identify and propose opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent educational background
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams
- Proficient in Windows, iOS, and Android mobile operating systems
- Experience with iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management
- Strong technical proficiency in endpoint management and device deployment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Work Environment:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Capacity to lift and transport equipment to various locations
- Potential for travel to different cities
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required
