About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Khattra Transport inc. as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical difficulties related to computer systems, software, and network issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and provide feedback to other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other technical support analysts and team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users, management, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and network technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and management.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure.
