Position Overview

The role of the End User & Lab Technologies Analyst at Dynacare is essential for the effective management and procurement of end user devices within the organization. This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of devices, from selection through to retirement, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all devices align with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish device requirements and specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assess and select suitable devices and vendors based on organizational needs and established standards.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with vendors.
  • Oversee the procurement process and manage vendor relationships.
  • Deploy and configure devices, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for device management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all devices and monitor their lifecycles.
  • Evaluate device performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end users.
  • Engage with vendors to remain updated on emerging technologies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience or equivalent educational background.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with mobile operating systems including Windows, iOS, and Android.
  • Proficiency in iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management.
  • Strong technical expertise in endpoint management and device deployment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Capability to lift and transport equipment to various locations.
  • Potential for travel to different cities as required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
