Company Overview: Charger Logistics Inc. is a well-established transportation firm with a significant footprint across North America. They are in search of a committed IT Support Specialist to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer assistance for End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage incident reports.
  • Implement and sustain operating system images utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Create and execute schedules for software updates to ensure timely implementation.
  • Oversee the performance of cloud infrastructure and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve technical challenges associated with cloud-based applications.
  • Address user support inquiries and maintain documentation of activities for future reference.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various teams on innovative cloud-based initiatives.
  • Support system maintenance and provide after-hours assistance as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in IT support roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Group Policies, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
  • Competence in PowerShell scripting and fundamental networking principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • Certifications in cloud technologies are advantageous.
