Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define end user device requirements and specifications.
  • Research, evaluate, and select appropriate devices and vendors based on organizational needs, budget, and quality standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Coordinate the procurement process, including purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of end user devices, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and usability standards.
  • Develop and implement device management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective device usage.
  • Monitor device performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users as needed.
  • Implement and maintain device management solutions, such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Management platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all end user devices, including inventory, specifications, and ownership details.
  • Track device lifecycles, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for device-related matters.
  • Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors to stay informed about new technologies, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization related to end user device management and procurement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in device management and procurement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as part of Information Technology teams or related education.
  • Excellent knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong Experience in Android, iOS, and Windows Device Enterprise Management.
  • Strong Experience in iOS Supervised and Unsupervised Management.
Working Conditions:
  • Working on multiple projects and ability to prioritize.
  • Should be able to lift at least 20 pounds to be able to lift and carry equipment to different sites and locations.
  • Might require travel to other cities.
  • Application should have a valid driver's license.
