About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 2704989 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Training and Development: Offer training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and professional manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality support experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the redesign and improvement of our applications and software, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
