EVPassport is seeking a bright and driven Account Executive to join our team in the Southern California region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding EVPassport’s territory sales strategy, and managing the complete sales process from pipeline development to sales execution with a focus on new business and revenue growth. You can expect to promote EVPassport's hardware and software solutions through strategic selling, engage with prospective clients in-person, and collaborate with reseller and service partners to support sales opportunities.

Further develop EVPassport’s overarching territory sales strategy, including core channel partnerships and internal resource requirements across accounts
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline development, to sales execution, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, and revenue maximization.
Engage with prospective organizations, positioning EVPassport hardware and software solutions through strategic, value-based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data
Lead engagement with field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and support sales and implementation activities
Accurately forecast monthly revenue for territory and accounts, maintaining contact information, business history and opportunity details in Salesforce
Form a strong technical understanding of EVPassport through training and development milestones
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure we bring the best of EVPassport to prospective customers
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
~5+ years of recent Account Executive experience selling enterprise software or hardware solutions
~ Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and experience with CRM software and tools
~ Identify and pursue new EV charging infrastructure business opportunities by developing strategies to effectively target prospects and convert leads into sales
~ Clear evidence of building strong relationships internally and with customers, across all levels of the organization
~ Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack
~ Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet potential clients, attend industry events, and drive sales (must have a valid, legal driver’s license)
