Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Specialist to support our growing property management company and real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a property management or real estate brokerage environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate transactions and property management activities. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our downtown office, located at the intersection of Richmond Street West and Spadina Avenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of deal paperwork, invoicing, connecting with clients and facilitating trade records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with RECO & TREB.
  • Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct comprehensive client background checks.
  • Maintain and update property management and real estate databases and records.
  • Host weekly listing meetings.
  • Conduct real estate market research and analysis to support the leasing department.
  • Provide support to the property management and real estate team.
  • Handle inquiries from landlords, tenants, and real estate salespersons in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support Broker of Record and Operations Manager in day to day activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the property management and real estate brokerage operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a property management company or real estate brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and property management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
