Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

We're looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join the coolest real estate team in Toronto (that's us). We're a boutique, tight-knit, hard-working team that loves helping people achieve their real estate goals through the buying and selling of residential properties. Humble brag: we've earned some pretty cool awards too.
- You have at least **2 years of administrative experience** in residential real estate (experience in transaction coordination is also a big plus)
- You **love working from home** - you have a laptop, internet connection, cell phone and a home office/quiet space to work from
- You live in **Toronto or the GTA **and **have a car** **or occasional access to one **as needed
- You pride yourself on **completing tasks the right way** with a high degree of quality and attention to detail
- You're **ultra-professional and a team player**:
- You have a** demonstrated record** of achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
- You can **build, implement and manage multiple systems** with mínimal supervision
- You're a **stickler for quality control**:

**Compensation**:
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
**Responsibilities**:
To provide administrative support to all members of the Christine Cowern Team.
To build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
To oversee and administer all listing, deal processing, and lead follow-up.
To update and maintain team tracking and expenses and effectively communicate metrics to leadership.
To manage our website listings, database reports/newsletters, and GBP.
To onboard and off-board team members as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in real estate administration
- Great written and verbal skills
- High attention to detail
- Must have a car or access to one as needed
