  • Un horaire de jour : 8h à 16h du lundi au vendredi
  • Un salaire compétitif entre 50 à 55k par année

Votre mission à titre d’adjoint (e ) administratif ( ive) et opérations :


  • Soutenir le département d'assurance qualité avec minutie pour l’envoi de nos produits (vérification qualité, étiquetage, numéro de lot, sku etC)
  • Effectuer l'inspection physique des produits reçus
  • Expédier les produits et faire la préparation des commandes clients après vérification de la qualité
  • Inspecter et évaluer les produits retournés, fournir les informations nécessaires aux clients respectifs (Produit défectueux, raison de retour, rigueur dans l’analyse des retours, suivi avec la clientèle suite a l’analyse)
  • Participer à assurer la liaison avec les clients et fabricants concernant les problèmes de qualité liés à leurs produits et rapporter aux parties respectives tout problème
  • Entrée de données dans le système informatique, nous utilisons Microsoft 365
  • Gestion des suivis hebdomadaire dans Excel (Autorisations en entrepôt, retours, gestion de stock et prévention des pertes)

  • Expérience en joaillerie (un atout) ou expérience en coordination B2B manufacturier
  • Facilité avec Excel
  • Bilingue français / anglais
  • Aisance informatique
  • Minutieux / soucis du détail
  • Soucis du detail et de la qualité
  • Débrouillard et rigueur
  • Sens de l’organisation et des priorités
  • Compréhension du français à l’oral et l’écrit, vous devrez passé des tests de qualification a l'écrit.

We’re looking for you to join us as an Administrative and Operations Assistant at a jewelry distribution company located in Laval.


Here’s what we offer for the Administrative and Operations Assistant position:

Your mission as an Administrative and Operations Assistant:

  • Provide detailed support to the quality assurance department for product shipments (quality checks, labeling, batch numbers, SKUs, etc.)
  • Physically inspect received products
  • Prepare and ship client orders after verifying product quality
  • Inspect and evaluate returned products, provide necessary information to clients (e.g., defective products, return reasons, detailed analysis), and follow up with clients post-analysis
  • Assist in liaising with clients and manufacturers regarding quality issues and report problems to the relevant parties
  • Data entry in the computer system (we use Microsoft 365)
  • Manage weekly Excel-based follow-ups (warehouse authorizations, returns, inventory management, and loss prevention)


Qualifications required for the Administrative and Operations Assistant role:

  • Experience in jewelry (an asset) or experience in B2B manufacturing coordination
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fully bilingual (French/English)
  • Comfortable with computer systems
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Strong focus on quality and precision
  • Resourceful and thorough
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong understanding of written and spoken French (you will need to pass written qualification tests)
