Cogir is currently looking for a Field Operations Coordinator/Support. You will be called upon to move around our various buildings in order to provide support to the operations teams. If monotony scares you, this is the job for you
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All other related tasks
**Administration**:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Analyze client needs
- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
- Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Greet visitors
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Participate in special projects when assigned to you
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Research, collect and compile information for reports and transmit to all vested parties
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
- Transcribe correspondence
- Update different administrative forms and documents
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bilingualism required
- Training in secretarial work or experience of at least 2 years.
