Your Part in It: Working out of our Mississauga office in Ontario, we are looking for our next 3PL Warehousing Sales Executive. Working within the Warehousing Sales department, you will drive sales and generate revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts within Traffic Tech’s warehousing vertical.You will focus on selling warehousing and logistics solutions to businesses, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to enhance their supply chain operations with a specific focus on the Canadian market. 3PL WAREHOUSING SALES EXECUTIVE What the Job Entails: Identify and target potential clients within various industries requiring warehousing and logistics services. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their warehousing and logistics needs. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to assess service performance and address any issues. Understand clients' supply chain requirements and offer tailored warehousing and logistics solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry. Strong operational knowledge and analytical skills in warehousing operations and supply chain solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a strong sales orientation. Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity and professionalism.
