Major Responsibilites: 

Receives, logs, tracks, files, and monitors paper and electronic customer and vendor supplied documentation, and other technical correspondence. Responsible for setting up document control records, archiving project information, and preparing project data books. Responds to document requests and submissions. Generates and distributes reports as required by project. Handles file documents by electronically scanning documents, and maintaining data files. Uploads documentations to SharePoint site/Customer Portals. Sets up and assembles project data books. Ensures all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards. Archives all Project Documentation and Project Close-out. Liaising with Sales Representative, Project Specialist, and Management.

 
Requirements:

Post secondary diploma (business administration etc). Problem Solver, information gatherer, very detail oriented. Experience in data entry, administrative and/or document control. MS Office. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks. Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high pressure and team-based environment.
