Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, track, file, and monitor customer and vendor-supplied documentation and technical correspondence.
  • Set up document control records, archive project information, and prepare project data books.
  • Respond to document requests and submissions.
  • Generate and distribute reports as required by project.
  • Handle file documents by electronically scanning documents and maintaining data files.
  • Upload documentation to SharePoint sites and customer portals.
  • Set up and assemble project data books.
  • Ensure all documentation is consistent and adheres to internal standards.
  • Archive all project documentation and project close-out.
  • Liaise with sales representatives, project specialists, and management.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in business administration or a related field.
  • Problem-solving skills, information gathering, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data entry, administrative, and/or document control.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Self-motivation, ability to take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to meet project timelines and perform in a high-pressure, team-based environment.
