- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring that it is properly logged, archived, and easily accessible.
- Develop and maintain an efficient document control system, including both electronic and paper-based documentation.
- Ensure that all documents are properly indexed, stored, and retrievable.
- Document Distribution and Filing:
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders as required and track document status and approvals.
- Ensure that the latest versions of documents are available to all relevant parties and obsolete versions are removed or archived.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth document flow and information sharing.
- Communicate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to obtain or provide necessary documentation.
- Quality Assurance:
- Regularly audit and review document control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Education:

- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document control or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in project-based industries, such as construction, engineering, or oil & gas, is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
