Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Retrieve and manage data from SAP, ensuring accurate entry into Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all data is up-to-date.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the IT & Engineering team.
Requirements
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), with advanced Excel skills.
- SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP for data retrieval and entry.
- Experience: 2-3 years of prior administrative experience preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision in data entry and management.
- Soft Skills: Effective problem-solving, ability to multi-task under pressure, and a collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
