POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients. The role involves identifying and developing sales growth opportunities and exploring new markets. The Bilingual Sales Representative acts as a key corporate ambassador, nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Account Management:

Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.Identify and pursue new market opportunities.Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.Offer technical support and guidance on company products.Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.

REQUIREMENT:

Strong problem-solving skills.Preferably, an engineering background or technical understanding.Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Energetic and results-oriented with a proven track record.Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.Willingness to travel extensively; valid drivers license required.Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
